Anniversary Sale offer is available on select 1-year prepaid dues memberships. Membership amenities, benefits and club access depend on selected membership plan, level and club tier. Selected club of enrollment must be within 50 miles of purchaser’s residence.  Certain memberships are auto-renewal and renew yearly. Any promotional bonus months are added to the end of your initial 12‑month term. Yearly renewals are for 12‑month terms and do not include additional bonus months. $69.99 Annual Fee required and is in addition to membership renewal dues.
